Rob is a Licensed Parelli™ 5-Star Instructor and a Senior Horse Development Specialist, specializing in Colt Starting.

Rob started out with horses as a young child on his family's station 'Stagmount' in Aramac, Queensland, Australia. Directly after school he started work at various stations throughout Australia, including Head Stockman for MDH Pty Ltd-- Rutland Plains & Iffley Station, Australian Agricultural Company--Austral Downs, Balmoral Pty Ltd--Spring Creek Station, and Lorraine Pastoral Company--Lorraine Station. He was also Station Manager for Arrabury Pastoral Company--Mt. Leonard Station.

He started with Parelli in 2002 after meeting a former Parelli Instructor in Australia while working on a station. Rob attended the Parelli Study Center, Colorado, in the summer of 2002 and returned to Parelli early 2003 to start as a working student. During that year Rob attended the Parelli University Program and also assisted on the Parelli USA Tour.

By the summer of 2004 Rob was overseeing Pat's Foundation Station including assisting in the training of horses and University students. In 2005 Rob started as Ranch Manager for both U.S. Parelli Centers and assistant to Pat for all Parelli Colt Start Courses in the University program.

In 2006 he was hand selected by Parelli to be the Manager of Pat and Linda's Performance Barn andjoined the corporate management team as Director of both U.S. Parelli Centers. In 2007 Rob accepted a sixteen month position to help oversee the setup and running of the Parelli Centre United Kingdom as Horse and Program Director. Rob currently teaches across Australia as well as at the Australia Parelli Campus in Wilton, NSW.

Rob is pleased to have returned to Australia with his wife and two young boys and is available for Clinics, Workshops, Camps and Horse Development.
