Camps
Description: Camps are 4-5 days in length and provide a more in-depth journey into the types of topics covered at a Clinic. You would be suprised at what an extra day or two can do for you and your horse. Camps are limited to only a couple each year and are made available for the student that is looking for that little bit more.
Example of Topics that can be covered in a Camp:
- Horse Psychology- What your horse feels, thinks and why he acts the way he does
- Horsenality- Determining your horses individual personality and learning how to teach your horse in the most effective way for that personality
- Safety- How to stay safe on the ground and in the saddle so you and your horse are able to enjoy yourselves
- Groundskills- Why we use them, how they prepare us for riding
- Freestyle Riding- Riding on a casual rein, learning how to balance without the use of your reins, giving your horse responsibilities such as maintaining gait and direction
